| Abstract | 術中に低血圧を得るために, 患者血圧を入力とした血管拡張剤の持続注入をコントロールする装置を開発し, 臨床に用いた. 制御方法は, (1)ON-OFF制御, (2)比例制御, の二法で, 薬剤はtrimethaphan, sodium nitroprusside, trinitroglycerinの3種を用いて血圧の自動制御に成功したが, (1)法においては, 症例によってafter dropを生じ, 血圧の安定しないものがあった. (2)法では目標設定圧に達しない症例があったが, 血圧の安定性はすぐれていた. はじめに 低血圧麻酔法は術中大量出血の予防, 動脈瘤などの血管壁緊張緩和による手術操作の容易さのためなどに, しばしば用いられる. とくにtrimethaphan, sodium nitroprussideやnitroglycerinの持続点滴によって低血圧を得る方法が広く用いられている. |

| Abstract | Automated vasodilator infusion system that input is only direct arterial pressure was deviced, and used for the clinical cases of induced hypotention. Two control methods which the authors used were ON-OFF and proportional. In the former control, infusion pump is switched by the presence of the difference between reference and patient's blood pressure. In the latter, infusion rate is determined proportionally by the pressure difference. Blood pressure of the patients was wel controlled by both methods, particularly by ON-OFF control. |
