| Abstract | PFC乳剤である, Fluosol-DA, 20%を, 虚血性脳疾患82例に延べ139回投与した. 脳動脈瘤破裂後の脳血管攣縮23例に50回投与した結果は, 14例(60%), 24回(48%)に有効であった. 運動麻痺の46%(12/26回), 意識障害の38%(18/48回)に有効であり, 前交通動脈動脈瘤の方が他の部位の動脈瘤に比較して有効率が高かった. 発症24時間以内の血管閉塞狭窄群では89%(8/9例)に有効であったが, 発症4週間以後の症例では, 症状の改善は認められなかった. 局所脳血流量は, 患側判球, 健側半球とも有意の増加を認めた. 以上Fluosol-DA, 20%は急性期の脳虚血の改善に有効であると考えられた. 1)序論 1966年のClark1)はperfluorochemical(PFC)の一種であるperfluorobutyltetrahydrofurane(FC-75)の液中呼吸でマウスを生存させることに成功し, FC-75が水に比較して約50倍の, またヘモグロビンに比較して数倍の酸素運搬能をもつことにより, PFCの人工血液としての有効性を示唆した. |

| Abstract | Fluosol-DA, 20% was intravenously infused in 82 patients suffering from cerebrovascular diseases, and found to be effective in 62% of 23 cases with vasospasm and in 56% of 18 cases with stenosis and/or occlusion treated within 21 days after the accidents. The patients with anterior communicating artery aneurysms had better improvement ratio(9/10 cases) than those with aneurysms located in other regions(5/13 cases). Although no improvement was obtained in the neurological deficits in the chronic stage, rCBF increased significantly in both healthy and lesional hemispheres after the administration. From these clinical data, Fluosol-DA, 20% is considered to be one of the effective treatments of acute cerebral ischemia. |
