Abstract全身麻酔中, しばしば制御しがたい血圧上昇に遭遇するが, かかる血圧上昇は出血量の増加, 脳内出血のほかrate pressure productの増加による心不全, 不整脈発生の危険をもたらす. GOF, GO-ethrane, NLA, Modified NLA麻酔では, 手術開始後それぞれ42％, 47％, 65％, 87％の症例において術前対照値の110％以上の収縮期圧の上昇をきたす. 以上の血圧上昇に対して, halothane, ethrane濃度の増加, thalamonal, fentanyl, pentazocine, diazepamによっては最高76.1％の確率でしか制御できなかったが, 10〜20mgのnifedipineによっては90％の確率でかかる血圧上昇を制御することができる. はじめに Major surgeryの全身麻酔中においては, しばしば制御しがたい血圧の上昇に遭遇する.

AbstractThe incidental hypertension during the major surgery will induce some troubles, especially cardiac failure or severe arrythmias following the increase in myocardial oxygen consumption. Concerning the treatment of this hypertension, there has not been developed the reliable method. In this study it was clarified that the incidental hypertension occured during GOF, GO-ethrane, NLA, modified NLA in 42％, 47％, 65％, 87％ of the cases respectively and 10-20mg of nifedipine could suppress this hypertension with more higher rate than those with other drugs, namely in 89.7％ and 91.3％ during GOF anesthesia and NLA anesthesia.
