Abstract「要旨」くも膜下出血など脳疾患にみられるECG変化の機序を解明する目的で, 家兎における実験モデルの作製方法を考案した. 家兎を仰臥位に固定し, 咽頭後壁の粘膜を吻側に剥離し, ビオボンド(R)(吉富製薬)で処理した正中椎骨静脈を除去すると底蝶形骨膜側面上に頭蓋咽頭管口が露出する. この部を通して交叉槽に到達することが出来る. また底蝶形骨と底後頭骨との縫合部を通して脚間槽に到達することが出来る. これらの部位から生食水0.5mlを槽内に注入しても循環系に影響を及ぼさなかったが, 0.1%PGF2α 0.5mlを注入すると不整脈が出現した.

AbstractA new approach intrducing drugs into the basal cistern with minimal surgical invasion was developed in the rabitt. Through the opening of the craniopharyngeal duct which lies on the midline of the ventral surface of the basisphenoidal bone, a small needle can be introduced into the cisterna chiasmatis without injury to the hypophysis. Cistema interpeduncralis can be punctured through the suture between the basisphenoidal bone and the basioccipital bone. From these points a 0.5ml of physiologic saline can be introduced into the basal cistern without influences on the systemic circulation and on ECG. The same dose of 0.1% PGF2α produced severe arrhythmia within few minutes.
