| Abstract | 今回, 私共は, パソコンを麻酔記録の索引として利用するシステムを開発した. 使用機器は“ソードM68”で言語はPIPSとBASICであり, データ記入用紙も作製した. 項目数は18で, 各項区内には複数の情報が入力できる. コードは独自のもので, 3文字で身体部位, 病名, 術式を表わせる. データの入力および検索はそれぞれ数分以内に処理できる. 将来は, 施設間相互に情報交換が可能なシステムの普及が期待される. はじめに 現代社会はコンピュータことにパーソナルコンピュータ（以下パソコン）全盛の時代であり, 医学の分野においても例外ではなく, 各施設において日常臨床でのパソコンの利用が盛んに行われている. 麻酔科領域でも, 麻酔記録の統計処理などのパソコン利用の報告がみられる1）-4）. 施設によって異なるが, わが国の大学病院での年間麻酔症例は2,000〜5,000例であろう. 膨大な麻酔記録の中から, 知りたいと思う必要事項を満たす記録を検索するには多大な労力と時間が必要となる. |

| Abstract | There are some 2,000-5,000 anesthesia cases every year in Japanese university hospitals. We tried to make an index system in order to search for information of anesthesia records, using “SORD M68 with PIPS language” computer. We made a check list in which every parmeters are exprssed by combination of alphabetical and nummerical characters. The informations include anesthesia record number, ID number, date, age, sex, ASA physical status, anesthesiologist number, subject, diagnosis, operation procedures, duration of operation and anesthesia, preoperative and perioperative complications, anesthetic methods and special remarks. The characteristics of our codification are as follows；diagnosis and operative procedures and complications are expressed by 3 characters, former 2 characters indicate body parts and the latter character indicates diseases, operative procedures or complications. Four diagnosis items and 5 operation procedures and 5 preoperative and 3 postoperative complications can be recorded. |
