Abstractラット心肺標本を用い, 低冠灌流圧, 高頻度刺激による心筋虚血におけるプロスタグランディンE1(PGE1)の心筋代謝に及ぼす影響を心筋内ATP, 乳酸, グリコーゲン, 灌流液中のCPKを測定し, 検討した. PGE1投与群は無投与群と比較して心筋内の乳酸, グリコーゲン, 灌流液中のCPK値は, 有意差を示さなかったが, 心筋内ATP値は, 有意に高値を示した. 以上より, PGE1は, 心筋代謝面から虚血心筋に対して, 何らかの機序により保護的に働きうることが示唆された.

AbstractWe studied the effects of prostaglandin E1 (PGE1) on cardiac metabolisms and CPK release from the heart. Isolated rat heart lung preparations were used with constant Rate Pressure Product (SBP:50mmHg, HR:300beats/min). After a 5 min period of hemodynamic stabilization, PGE1 was infused at a rate of 0.1μg/kg/min for 25 min. There were no significant differences in CPK release and lactate, glycogen levels of the heart between PGE1 group and control group. However, PGE1 infusion prevented significant decrease in myocadial ATP level. PGE1 may protect the heart due to improving coronary circulation and, in part, to direct effect.
