| Abstract | プロスタグランディンF2α（PGF2α）の上室性心調律に及ぼす影響について臨床的分析を行なった. 腸蠕動促進の目的でPGF2αを点滴静注（0.50μg／kg／min以下で1時間）した術後48例のうち, 6例（12.5％）に過剰興奮型の上室性不整脈を合併した. 不整脈はPGF2α投与開始ののち30分前後から発現し, 投与終了後から30〜120分間にわたって持続し, 4例に抗不整脈剤を投与した. PGF2αと上室性不整脈についての報告は少なく, 発生メカニズムは不明である. 今回の症例には心房被刺激性の亢進が推測される例が多く, PGF2αが低濃度（平均投与速度0.18μg／kg／min）で投与されていたことが特徴である. |

| Abstract | We examined clinically the supraventricular dysrhythmia induced by prostaglandin F2α（PGF2α） in 48 patients. They were infused PGF2α in the early postoperative period for improvement of their decreased bowel movement at a continuous rate of 0.15 to 0.30μg／kg／min for one hour and at an interval of every 6 to 8 hours as long as necessary. In 12.5％ of them, some types of supraventricular dysrhythmia were observed. Most of them appeared about 30 minutes after the beginning of administration and lasted 30 to 120 minutes after infusion. 52.5％ of these dysrythmias were treated by some antiarrhythmic drugs. Althogh the mechanism of these dysrhythmias induced by PGF2α is unknown, several factors, such as the administration at low concentration and the increaed irritability of the atrium, may be presumed to be precipitating causes. |
