| Abstract | 「要旨」副腎腫瘍摘出術を硬膜外麻酔併用全身麻酔で行い, 腫瘍操作時に動脈圧上昇をみた. この循環動態の変動は腫瘍操作に伴う副腎髄質からのカテコラミン, 特にエピネフリンの放出に起因したと思われた. 腫瘍操作時の動脈圧上昇はホルモン非産生腫瘍, クッシング症候群, 原発性アルドステロン症, 褐色細胞腫の順に大きく, 各種疾患が有する病態生理の影響が加わったためと考えられた. 今回の症例では硬膜外麻酔下でも腫瘍操作時の動脈圧上昇を予防できなかった. |

| Abstract | Hypertension was observed during adrenal tumor rerpoval under the general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia. This hypertension was caused by catecholamine release, especially epinephrine, from adrenal medulla by surgical manupulation. The degree of arterial pressure elevation was also dependent on the nature of tumor-producting hormone of adrenal gland (non-functioning tumor < Cushing syndrome < primary aldosteronism < pheochromocytoma). |
