| Abstract | 「要旨」麻酔中, 手術操作という刺激が除去されると血圧降下をきたしやすい. 今回, 術中照射症例141例を対象に, 手術操作の加わらない輸送を含めた照射準備および照射中に生じた血圧降下の原因をretrospectiveに検討し, 手術中断時に生じた血圧降下に興味のあると思われる因子について, 統計学的な検討を行なった. その結果, 手術侵襲の加わっていない時間の長さ以外に, 年令, ASAリスク, 手術部位, 術前照射の有無などが血圧降下に関係ある因子となる可能性が示唆された. |

| Abstract | Nearly half of the patients who underwent inraoperative radition therapy experienced hypotention during transportation to the dept. of radiology and radition therapy. The factors of this episode and hypotention were retrospectively studied. One hundred fourty one patients were subjected to this study. They were consisted of 83 hepato-pancreato-billiary malignant desease and 58 rectal malignant desease. It was found that the duration of non operative time (transportation and radiation), age, ASA risk, rectal malignancy and preoperative radiation were statistically significant factors to hypotention. |
