Abstract | 「要旨」われわれは, 摘出肝灌流ラット肝を用いて, エンドトキシン(以下ETと略す)の肝循環への直接作用を検討した. ET注入により肝汁分泌量は, 投与前の0.88±0.38μl・g-1に比し0.29±0.24と減少し(p<0.01), 平均灌流圧は, ET注入前の14.4±2.3cmH2OからET注入30分後13.1±1.6cmH2O, 1時間後に12.6±1.5cmH2Oと低下傾向が見られた(0.05<p<0.10). そして類洞内血管容積は0.302±0.040ml・g-1・liverからET注入60分後には0.245±0.043と減少傾向が見られた(0.05<p<0.10). シャント率は2.7±0.6%からET注入後3.5±1.1%と増加した(0.01<p<0.05). ETは肝の類洞周囲組織の細胞の膨化を発生させることが推測された. そしてそのためか大孔径毛細血管の血流を増加させ, シャント率を増加させることが推測された. |

Abstract | We studied direct effects of endotoxin on microcirculation in isolated rat liver. Following endotoxin (E.coli 0111, B4, Sigma) administration, bile flow decreased significantly and mean perfusion pressure tended to decrease. Sinusoidal volume tended to be decreased but shunt ratio increased significantly. These results suggested that endotoxin per se might affect directly endothelium and the Kupffer cell by releasing cytocaines from the Kupffer cells. Therefore endotoxin might cause cell swelling, and might increase capillary flow. Consequently it explained that endotoxin directly decreased the sinusoidal volume, and increased shunt ratio. |
