| Abstract | 7th European Association of Cardiothoracic Anesthesiologists(EACTA)は, Maastricht大学 Simon de Lange教授主催のもとに, Maastrichtで6月9日より12日まで開催された. Maastrichtは, オランダ南部のベルギー国境沿いにあり, 中心部をマース川が流れている風光明媚な町であり, EC蔵相会議などが開催された MECCコングレスセンターが会場であった. 今年は, The World Association of Cardiac Thoracic and Vascular Anestheia(WACTVA)との合同シンポジウムであり, 非常に高いレベルの演題が多かった. 初日のWACTVAのシンポジウムでは, 連続心拍出量測定装置などの血行動態のモニターの必要性, 低心拍出量症候群の薬物治療, 胸部外科手術患者の栄養管理や輸血に関してなどが催された. |
