Abstract | 「要旨」新しく開発された真空吸引式流体粘度計(谷口−小川式)を用いて, 装置の測定精度と安定性をしらべ, さらに健常者血液について血液レオロジー的検討を行った. 本装置は少量の血液(5〜8ml)で短時間(1〜2分)に測定することが可能であり, 測定誤差は3%未満で, 再現性にも優れており, 取扱も簡便で, 誰でも測定ができる. さらに測定部がディスポーザブルなので, 感染などの危険性もない. したがって, ベットサイドあるいは検査室において, 簡単かつ迅速に測定することができ, 日常臨床に活用することが可能である. |

Abstract | The viscosity of blood and plasma were determined using a new vacuum viscometer developed by Taniguchi and Ogawa, and its rheological characteristics were evaluated from the clinical standpoint. This apparatus, made by using a special vacuum glass tube and a capillary needle, has the following superior features: (1) It needs only 5 to 8 ml of blood, (2) Procedure is easy and simple, (3) It requires only one to two minutes for a measurment, (4) Results are sufficiently accurate and reliable, (5) The apparatus is not expensive and is easy to carry. Therefore, our new disposable blood viscometer is useful for a routine examination in daily clinics, because we can easily and simply determine blood viscosity in bed-side as well as laboratory. |
