| Abstract | 「要旨」今回, プロタミンの動脈内投与後の血圧低下にNOが関与しているかどうかNOの競合的阻害剤であるNω-nitro-L-arginine-methyl ester(L-NNM)を用いて検討した. SD系雄性ラットをL-NNM前投与群と非投与群の2群に分け, プロタミン投与後の血圧の経時的変化について検討した. プロタミン投与後の血圧の最大低下率はL-NNM前投与群では26.7%, 非投与群では60.8%とL-NNM前投与群で有意に低値を示した. このことから, プロタミンによる血圧低下にはNOが関与していることが強く示唆された. |

| Abstract | We investigated whether nitric oxide (NO) plays an important role in systemic hypotension caused by protamine injection of 10 mg・kg-1. Rats were divided two groups. In L-NNM pretreatment group, L-NNM of 20 mg・kg-1 was given 5 min before protamine injection IA and in protamine group, protamine alone was given IA. In protamine group the maximal decrease in arterial pressure was 60.8 %, while in L-NNM group it was 26.7 %. These decreasses in arterial pressure were significant between two groups. When protamine was injected after heparin administration, the maximal decrease of arterial pressure was aproximately 5 %. Arterial pressure decresed dose-dependently after injection of either L-arginine or protamine. Decreases of arterial pressure after L-arginine administration in L-NNM pretretment rats were almost similar. We conclude that NO plays an important role in systemic hypotension caused by intra-arterial injection of protamine. |
