| Abstract | 「要旨」実験的に冠動脈狭窄犬を作製して, ニトログリセリン, ニカルジピン, ベラパミルを投与し, 心電図, 血行動態と, 心筋壁運動異常(RWMA)を経食道心エコー(TEE)にてモニターし, 比較検討した. TEEは, 心電図よりも鋭敏に心筋虚血を診断したが, 心拍数, 平均動脈圧, Rate pressure product, 中心静脈圧, 左室駆出率, 左室拡張末期容量との相関は見られなかった. ニトログリセリンでは20%, ニカルジピンでは20%, ベラパミルでは50%のRWMAの改善が見られた. |

| Abstract | We studied the effects of nitroglycerin, verapamil, and nicardipine on regional wall motion, using transesophageal echocardiography (TEE), in six mongrel dogs with experimentally produced stenotic arteries. We monitored regional wall motion abnormalities (RWMAs) by TEE and ECG. We also measured hemodynamic variables including：heart rate, cardiac output, and central venous pressure. Although TEE proved more useful than ECG for the detection of RWMAs, no significant correlations were found between RWMAs and heart rate. There were no differences in rate pressure products, central venous pressure, left ventricular ejection fraction, left ventricular end diastolic volume between three vasodilators, except blood pressure by nicardipine. Nitroglycerin 8μg/kg/min and nicardipine 20μg/kg/min decreased RWMAs by 20 %, whereas verapamil 40μg/kg/min decreased RWMAs by 50%. Verapamil seems to be the most potent drug for improving RWMA in the ischemic heart of dogs. |
