Abstract「要旨」エンフルラン麻酔下の雑種成犬を用いて, プロスタグランジンE1(PGE1)により平均動脈圧を対照値より10%及び30%降圧させた時の体内血流分布の変動をマイクロスフェア法により検討した. 主要臓器のうち肝(肝動脈), 及び腎血流量は維持されたが, 脳血流量と門脈系臓器血流量は30%降圧時に, 心筋血流量は両降圧時に有意に減少した. 以上より, PGE1による低血圧麻酔は肝血流量維持及び尿量確保に優れている.

AbstractChanges in fractional distribution of cardiac output were examined by the microsphere method after the mean blood pressure was reduced by 10% and 30% of the control value using prostaglandin E1 in mongrel dogs under enflurane anesthesia. Blood flow in the kidney and liver (hepatic artery) were relatively maintained under PGE1 induced hypotension. However in the brain and portal organ blood flow decreased following a 30% reduction in the blood pressure and also in the heart following both 10% and 30% reduction. These results indicate that hypotensive anesthesia with prostaglandin E1 is suitable for maintaining hepatic blood flow and urinary volume.
