Abstract | 「要旨」流血中での赤血球分布に関してcompartment analysisを行い, 血液希釈ならびに摘脾の赤血球分布に対する影響を観察し, (1)生理的条件下における循環赤血球の分布に関しては3個のcompartmentが存在することがみとめられ, 脾臓はその第2番目のcompartmentを構成していることがみとめられた. (2)血液希釈それ自身はcompartment数を変化させることがなかったが, 脾臓が存在する状態下では血液希釈は第1番目のcompartmentを拡大した. (3)血液希釈は脾臓の有無にかかわらず流血中における赤血球混合を低下させた. (4)脾臓が存在する状態下では血液希釈後において肝静脈, 門脈および腎静脈血のヘマトクリット値が比較的高値に保たれた. これらの結果から血液希釈は赤血球の急速循環領域を拡大せしめ, 血流中の赤血球混合速度はむしろ低下させ, そしてそれに脾臓がかなりの割合で関与していることがみとめられた. |

Abstract | 「Abstract」Compartment analysis for distribution of 99mTc labeled erythrpcytes following hemodilution was carried out in either splenectomized or non-splenectomized dogs. The results obtained were as follows: 1) The distribution of the erythrocytes was analysed into three compartments, the second of which was mainly corresponded to that in the spleen. 2) Hemodilution caused an expansion of the volume of fast circulating compartment in the non-splenectomized dogs. In the splenectomized, however, none of significant change was noted. 3) Hemodilution delayed an even distribution of the labeled erythrocytes in every three compartments. It was not effected by the splenectomy. |
