Abstract「要旨」Working heart装置を使用し, ハロセン麻酔下にてラット虚血心を作成した. 次にベラパミールの虚血前投与により虚血後心機能(冠血流量, 収縮期血圧, 心拍数, 心拍出量, Rate-Pressure-Product)回復に及ぼす影響を検討した. ベラパミールは灌流液濃度が10-7Mになるようにし, ハロセンは2MACを灌流液中に吹送した. 虚血解除後30分にわたる各心機能回復については, コントロール群は虚血からの回復は極めて良好であり, ベラパミール群についても心拍出量, 心拍数を除き心機能回復は良好と思われた. ハロセン単独投与群では再灌流過程での心機能抑制は著明であった. ベラパミールの虚血前投与を行い, ハロセンと併用したハロセン＋ベラパミール群については, 収縮期血圧の回復はハロセン群に比し有意によかった. 又他の心機能回復は軽度であった. 以上よりベラパミールはハロセン麻酔下において, ラット虚血心の心収縮力回復に寄与したと思われた.

AbstractWith working heart apparatus, we made myocardial global ischemia of isolated rat heart under 2 MAC halothane anesthesia. We investigated the effects of verapamil on recovery of postischemic cardiac functions during halothane anesthesia. As the parameters of cardiac functions, we mesured coronary flow, peak systolic pressure, heart rate, cardiac output and rate-pressure-product. Verapamil made good support of coronary circulation under halothane anesthesia, so recovery of postischemic cardiac functions in this group seemed superior to only halothane administration group. We concluded that verapamil made a significant role for maintaining a good coronary circulation and recovery from postischemic cardiac functions under halothane anesthesia.
