Abstract「要旨」脊椎麻酔下の成人患者24名を対象とし, エフェドリンとフェニレフリンが肝循環に及ぼす影響を, フィンガーピース法により非観血的にICGクリアランスを測定し検討した. ICGクリアランスは脊椎麻酔後に血圧の低下とともに有意に減少したが, エフェドリン, フェニレフリンで血圧を麻酔前値に維持するとクリアランスの変動は認めず, エフェドリンおよびフェニレフリンは脊椎麻酔時の肝血流を維持することが示唆された.

AbstractWe measured indocyanine green (ICG) clearance in order to examine how vasopressors affect the hepatic circulations during spinal anesthesia. The clearance was measured by a noninvasive finger piece method. We found that ICG clearance significantly reduced with the decrease in arterial blood pressure due to spinal anesthesia, whereas there were no significant changes in ICG clearance in the patients whose arterial blood pressures were maintained at preanesthetic levels by ephedrine and phenylephrine. This indicates that the decrease of hepatic blood flow during spinal anesthesia can be attenuated by ephedrine and phenylephrine.
