Abstract | 「緒言」循環制御機能は生命を維持する最も大事な制御系の1つであり, その破綻は疾病の発生はもちろん生命予後にも直結する重大な問題となる. したがって人体の循環制御機構のフォローアップは, 病院や医療機関などだけで進めるだけでなく, 日常生活の中で行うことができれば, 理想的な1形態を形成し得るものと考えられるということになる1〜3). 本邦においては, メタボリックシンドロームの概念の敷衍に伴い, その1構成要素である高血圧症の存在も, その臓器障害を惹き起こす問題の重要性などが改めて注目されつつあり, 自律神経を介した血圧反射の重要性なども研究が進んでいる4〜6). また, 高齢化社会を迎えつつある本邦では, 高齢者の安全運転能力の問題は, 社会経済学上も重要な課題になりつつあるが7〜11), インフラ整備の遅れた田舎の地域社会では, この問題は重要であり, 車がなければ生活が成り立たない地域も珍しくはない. |

Abstract | In the history, function of the Human body has been expanded with vehicles like motorcar, ship and plane. If human body will be connected to the vehicle, the vehicle will become a part of a human body, so, several investigators have been studying about the man-machine interface. In this study, we added the diagnosis and circulatory control system treatment function to the motor car. ECG recording system and pulse wave recording system was added to the handle and drive console in the experimental system. Air pressure sensors to detect the respiration and aortic pulse wave were inserted into the drive seat. By the evaluation of the ECG and pulse wave, we can evaluate the circulation dynamics, and furthermore, we can evaluate the pulse wave velocity and fluctuations in hemodynamic parameters. By the use of the information, several kinds of Aroma, Massage to the Acupuncture points or the Moxibustion were added to the driver. So, the car can control the autonomic nerve condition and rehabilitation of the baroreflex system was embodied. After ethical committee allowance, we evaluated the diagnosis tool during driving and studied the effect of aroma and massage to the acu points therapy on driver during drive simulation. Hemodynamics, HRV and baroreflex system was tended to be altered depending of the kinds of Aroma like Rose or Lemon, and acupuncture points stimulation. Furthermore, the Arousal and driving behavior were tended to be altered. These results suggest that motorcar can become new therapeutic tool for the circulation control system. |
